- Daily Tour or Activities can be booked 1 day before the day of arrival or started day/date, it’s suggested 3 days before to avoid disapointed availability
- Suggested to book Multi Day Tours 7 days before arrival date or latest booking 3 days before arrival date

- All tour are in comfortable air conditioned transportation, some tour or activities offering multi option package than you can chose “Share Transportation” or “Private Transportation”

CANCELATION
- Daily or one day tour or activities
– Free cancelation 1 day before arrival date
– No Refund for any reason of cancelation on the date arrival or starting date of Tour or Activities
– No Refund for No Show, means if you are not showet or missing you at Pick Up point as our
agreement date and time pick up - Multiday Booking
1. Multiday booking with 1 region ( Means without domestic airfare or boat transfer )
– Free cancelation 14 days before starting or arrival date
– 50% Refund 7 days before starting or arrival date, if Maltiday booking including hotel
– 75% Refund 7 days before starting or arrival date, if Maltiday booking Exlude hotel
– No refund for any reason of cancelation 1 day before starting or arrival date
2. Multiday booking with different region ( Means with domestic airfare or boat transfer )
– Free cancelation 30 days before starting or arrival date
– 50% Refund 14 days before starting or arrival date
– 25% Refund 7 days before starting or arrival date
– No refund for any reason of cancelation 3 days before starting or arrival date
FORCE MAJURE
We are not responsible for any caused by Force Majure such us Flight Delay or cancelation, nature disaster like eartquake, bad wheater. floods and etc may affect with your tours program and suggested to purchase your own “Travel Insurance” before starting your holiday
TRAVEL INSURANCE
- It is advised that all travelers should purchase adequate travel insurance at the time of booking flights.
